Your orders are shipped within 3 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends) and delivered within 7 days at the latest. Delivery times for special orders will be communicated to you separately.

Returns

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days with the original box or packaging in which the product was sent to you. Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition as delivered, and in a resalable condition. If the inspected product does not meet the above conditions, no exchange, return, or refund will be issued.
